The InitData shape shared by every #[duckdb_table_function]-generated VTab impl: a lazily consumed iterator of output rows, behind a Mutex so it can be shared across the worker threads DuckDB may execute the scan on.

Wraps iter as init data for a table function scan.

pub fn with_projection(self, projection: Vec<usize>) -> Self

Records the column projection DuckDB selected for this scan (from InitInfo::column_indices), so run_table_func writes each row into the correct, possibly-narrowed set of output columns.
